Treat List

I wrote a little something about happiness hacks and the concept of a treat list, and I wanted something visual to serve as reference to keep on my wall.

If you want to improve your happiness, you should keep track of your favourite treats (things that you enjoy and are easy to do at any time). It could be something as simple as listening to your favourite song, tidying something up or cooking something from scratch. Little things that make you a little happier, or feel like you had a productive day. 

I wanted a fun visual reminder. I think most people experience times when they're 'bored' but equally reluctant to do something about it.
