36 days of type #2018

I first attempted 36 days of type in 2017. This year was the 2nd time attempting it and I think it might become a tradition. It’s a great boost of spring creativity.

Last year I was travelling during the challenge, which limited my time, I had also hardheartedly attempted typography although it’s not a strength of mine. In 2017 I was exploring, and my creative was varied.

This year I approached 36 days with an ‘alphabet city’ concept. I wanted to work letters and numbers into everyday city scenes in bold, subtle and strange ways. Enjoy!

You can see 2017 here. I’m already looking forwards to 2019.
